It's the first episode of the Live Finals tonight on The Voice Australia! Can we beat the excitement of last week's live blog? Don't forget to follow us on Twitter as well!
7:35pm Is it just us or did Joel Madden have a hint of an Aussie accent when he was talking in the opening sequence?!
7:40pm The judges choose "Sing" by My Chemical Romance as their opening song together. Great to see Delta rocking out! Joel says he wants an Aussie passport. He's not lying - he's been looking at houses in Oz!
7:44pm Fatai V from Team Seal is up first, singing 'Empire State of Mind'. She says it's going to be a struggle but doesn't seem to have any problems smashing it out of the ball park. The judges all give glowing feedback.

7:55pm - Team Delta's Matt Hetherington next up to bat. 'White Noise' by The Living End. Delta seen awkwardly "rocking out" while watching the gig. Everyone gives positive feedback. Again. *yawn*

No stranger to a reality show about singing, Guy Sebastian dropped into the Kyle and Jackie O Show and gave his take on the dramas surrounding his brother Chris and Delta Goodrem on The Voice.
For those of you who've been living under a rock, Chris decided to join Team Seal over Team Delta in the opening rounds of the smash hit show and upset Delta herself in the process.

7:42pm - Joel picks backup singer Carmen and mum Michelle for battle.
7:44pm - Watch out guys - this is going to be an emotional battle.
7:49pm - Michelle is owning this!
7:52pm - Cliffhanger ad break - so cruel!
7:56pm - Joel picks Carmen. Highly controversial! I think it was the hair that got her over the line.
8:02pm - Kieran gets told to drop the karaoke style. Will he drop the tracky pants as well?
8:06pm - Kieran has fist pumped his way through that one. With perhaps a little too much fist pumping. Very strong performance from both Sam and Kieran.

The Voice wowed in Australian ratings for the second night in a row last night, reaching over 2.54 million viewers!
Why? Two words: Rachael Leahcar.
Rachael is legally blind, meaning the 18-year-old has lost over 90 percent of her sight.
And for once in reality TV, the incredible teen won over coaches Delta Goodrem, Joel Madden, Seal and Keith Urban with her incredible voice, not her story. Despite being a pretty freaking inspirational story!
Her moving performance brought the audience to tears including her chosen coach, Delta Goodrem.
Having fought her own battle with cancer when she was Rachael's age, Delta was honoured to be chosen.
"When I was 18, there was a lot of different things that happened in my life; The whole country was there with me and I was really, really thankful for that.
"I just think I could share with you what I've gone through.
"It's not everyday that people who are really special like you come along. I just was really affected by it and I would be so honoured to be able to help you in any way I can."

Australia's sweetheart Delta Goodrem joined the Kyle and Jackie O Show to talk music and of course, her role as a mentor on The Voice.
Watch Delta talk about the show, what went on behind the scenes… but do they ever imagine what the contestants look like (given it's a blind audition)?
