UPDATE:

The case continues this week with some damning evidence being presented against Britney including claims of sexual harassment and child abuse, according to documents.

Brit's former bodyguard claims, among other things:

'She [Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress.  She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].'

And on alleged child abuse Flores says after asking for his belt, Britney walking into the house and 'savagely hit the small child [Preston]' with it.

Brit's peeps have hit back saying the suit is ridiculous and of the child abuse:

'The boys are happy, well-adjusted toddlers that love their mama, and Britney is fiercely protective of them.'

Doesn't this job sound like every guys dream - spending 24 hours a day with Britney Spears while she's nude or wearing nothing but panties.

You'd think most guys would do it for free, well not all guys, one of Britney's former bodyguards is suing her for sexual harassment saying he felt uncomfortable having to look at the superstar in her birthday suit every day.

However, according to our sources the ex-body guard doesn’t stand a chance. Apparently all her staff are fully briefed (excuse the pun), before working for Britney and are made aware of her love of nudity.
