Look - every group neads a leader and Nicole is a great example of that . She isn't about making PCD all about her because she knows the strengths of the other girls & encourages them to have their part . She's positive yet honest when she needs to be . In an extremely tough industry, there's no time for beating around the bush.

The pcd rock.Nicole isn't bossing the other girls around she's just doing what all other girls do in the music industry. Working hard, working as a team and letting all the other girls participate as a team. These are the factors that help bands or groups in the music industry successsful and famous. The PCD dolls are awesome and are a great example in the music industry.
