Here's a clue - it involves a whole heap of metal poles.
Nicole and the girls take to the streets of LA to shoot their When I Grow Up video - on a construction site!
Things get pretty daring as they swing and climb up construction scaffolding (in boots and heels!) and get their dance on.
Dizzying stuff!
