I was listening to William's story this morning and it was the most moving thing I had heard. I actually had to stop what I was doing because I was crying so much. I feel very sorry for everyone who knows someone/ or is someone who goes through this. I support the Kuerschner family 100%.

At the end of February I decided on the spur of the moment to join in and colour my hair for the Worlds Greatest Shave if i could raise $200 unfortunately i got $35 so I said to friends and family that at $500 I would shave my head at work with the 3 to 5 year olds I care for watching.
2 days later I heard the Kuerschner story on my way to work and was glad i am taking part.
I'm lucky and haven't had the pressure of losing someone close to me.
I have now raise $490 for the Leukaemia foundation and am asking everyone I meet to help me get past the $500.
My director at Magill Campus and Community Children's centre has let me make a huge deal out of this and we have invited all the parents and families to jion us on Friday 12th at 1:30pm to watch her shave my head, parents are being asked to bring a gold coin to be added to the tally.
I hope that my small dent in this event turns out to have a huge impact
